Yam Ah Mee, returning officer, was the unsung hero of Singapore GE 2011.  When he began announcing the results of the elections, citizens were so amused by his deadpan, Robocop way of speaking without emotion that they set up a Facebook page for him. His fans now number 40 000. There's fan art, and YouTube remixes. He is also said to be 'the only person in Singapore whose initials make up his first name'.

I propose a web app or mobile app that does any of the following things:

• Tom the Talking Cat style Yam Ah Mee (I think a bit too needlessly complex tho)
• type in your name and have it read in a Robocop voice that sounds like him 
• type in your name and have YAM say "Pursuant to.... I declare (your name) _____"
• Read out Lottery Results ( 4D, ToTo ) ( Because numbers are... easier )
• parody possibilities are endless!
